The Sparks goal of this season is very simple, to improve the skill and confidence level of each player while giving each the opportunity to play basketball in front of a variety of college coaches. This season is the last AAU experience for this group of Sparks, their last chance to travel with friends and family, their last chance to compete at several familiar venues, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and of course Penn State. The Saratoga Sparks AAU Basketball organization offers the AAU basketball experience for girls ages 10 & up. We are based in Clifton Park, New York but we have girls participating from throughout New York's Capital District. Our teams play in AAU and NCAA sanctioned tournaments throughout the Northeast.Sparks Tryouts for the 2012 Season:
- February 4th and 5th will be tryouts for grades 4 - 8.
- March 10th and 11th for High School Players.
- Times and locations will be posted shortly.
