Thoroughbred Classic - June 2nd & 3rd, 2012
The Saratoga Sparks AAU Girls Basketball Organization will once again be holding their Thoroughbred Summer Classic. The tournament will be held at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs. This year’s tournament promises to be a very positive experience for players, coaches and their parents. If you are traveling for basketball you might as well make a family vacation out of it. Teams from all over the Northeast are planning to attend and Saratoga Springs offers something for everyone. Shopping, fine restaurants and clubs, beautiful parks and the performing arts. If you have time between games you won't be hanging in the gym. If you are a fan of golf, Saratoga National will provide you with one of the best courses in the Northeast. If you're looking for entertainment, Saratoga is the home of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Gaming and Raceway, Comedy Clubs and fine dining throughout.Please reserve your spot in next years Thoroughbred Classic. Completing the form below will reserve a spot for your team. Please Note: Your team will not be scheduled to play until we receive your completed tournament application and participation fee. The application will be posted shortly.
Last season we hosted 129 teams from all over the Northeast and our event sold out very quickly. So please indicate your intent to play by completing the form below.
Once you have pre-registered please download and complete our Tournament Registration Form and send it in with your registration fee. Once we receive your payment we will add your team to the list of those whom are confirmed.
