Things to
know before filling out this form.

The information
that is submitted on this form will be used to automatically
complete your "AAU Membership Application". This application is
submitted to the
AAU Organization
in order for you to receive an AAU
Membership Card. On the day of the
first tryout you will be provided
with your completed application to
sign and you will need to pay a $20.00 membership fee. Memberships run yearly
from September 1st thru August 31st. (see
AAU Membership Insurance Benefits)

On the day of
the tryouts, signatures are required from both the player and
their guardian.

This
year a participation fee of
$400.00 will be collected on the
second day of tryouts after teams
have been selected. The
participation fee pays for one
uniform and your tournament and
practice fees. The Saratoga
Sparks need to pay for the gym time
for practices and are charged an
entry fee for the tournaments they
participate in. Tournament fees
range from $375.00 to $800.00. Each
team will participate in five to six
tournaments during the course of the
season including the 2008
Thoroughbred Summer Classic. The
participation fee does not cover
traveling expenses such as hotel,
meals or transportation. If you have
