Saratoga Sparks Team Evaluation Form Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with the Saratoga Sparks Board of Directors. The following survey is available to all Saratoga Sparks parents and players who wish to comment on our season. The information you provide will be used during the off-season to improve the way we approach our next season. Issues like the number of tournaments and practices, along with your coach's and the overall organization's rating as you experienced them during the season is very important to us.
